ATS-Wilfan Inc.
The company was founded in 1995. Owned by Dragica Wilfan. The company is engaged in boating on lake Bled with pletna boat. In 1999, Robert Wilfan went to the U.S., Baltimore, Maryland, to study at the Virginia Marine Institute, where he obtained a degree: Certified Marine Surveyor (expert in sport craft ) In the U.S he. has also been employed as a broker at Coastline Yacht Sales. (www.yachtworld.com / coastlineyachtsales) He has been in the brokerage business for three years. He has gained experience in sales of used sailboat, yachts and motorboats.
When Robert returned to Slovenia in 2003 he decided to try and use the skills on home soil. In 2003, we expanded the company and to begin work inspections of vessels for sport and entertainment.

Robert and Dragica Wilfan set up a business called: Agency for Tourism and Services & Co. D.N.O. short for: “ATS-Wilfan D.N.O.” as a replacement for the existing Ladislav Wilfan Independent Contractor
1999
Robert Wilfan in enters a school: Virgina Marine Institute in Annapolis MD, USA Studying as a Marine Surveyor
2003
Robert Wilfan returns from the U.S. company is expanded for Marine Surveying
2005
Robert Wilfan starts working as a pletna boat rower, father Ladislav Wilfan retires
2009
Company ATS-Wilfan D.N.O. recapitalizes itself into D.O.O. ( I.N.C ) Robert Wilfan withdraws from the ownership structure of the company and sells his share.
2009
Dragica Wilfan becomes 100% owner of the newly formed company ATS-WILFAN Inc.
